Tuition
To Enroll:
1.Click here to sign the Tuition Contract and pay the Tuition Deposit electronically
2. Sign up for Tuition Payments
A. Consult the Tuition and Fees schedule to determine your child's tuition. If you have received an offer of Financial Aid please use that amount.
B. Sign up for tuition payments utilizing the FACTS payment system. Tuition must be paid electronically or paid in full prior to the start of school. Your child will not be enrolled until one of these payment options has been arranged.
Are there any circumstances under which my $500 Tuition Deposit would be refunded?
Tuition Deposits are refundable to both new and returning families under the following circumstances:
1. You will receive a full refund of the tuition deposit if your family moves from the Houston area prior to August 1, 2012.
2. You will receive a full refund of the tuition deposit if it is determined that your child requires a special needs program that we cannot provide; or your child is asked to leave the school for any other reason.
3. You will receive a 50% refund of the tuition deposit if you do not accept the terms of the financial aid agreement.

Tuition Default
In order to maintain enrollment tuition must be paid. A default on a FACTS payments will result in an automatic processing fee from FACTS which will be added to your next month's payment. Two defaults in a row will result in your child being unenrolled until the account is brought current. An unenrolled student will not be permitted to attend class until the default and fees are paid in full. A student who finishes the year in default of payment will not receive grades or credit until the default is resolved. A student in default for a previous year will not be able to enroll for a subsequent year untl arrangements are made to make up the default. Payment of a default outside of the FACTS system will require an additional $35 processing fee per check.
There will be a $5 per check fee for all non-electronic tuition payments.
There will be a $35 NSF fee.
