New Families applying for Tuition Assistance
New families may only apply for Tuition Assistance after:
- The students have been accepted into the school — check the application process for details.
- Completed the Online Enrollment
- Submitted the tuition deposit
Returning Families applying for Tuition Assistance
Returning families may only apply for Tuition Assistance once they have completed the Online Enrollment.
How Do I Apply for Tuition Assistance?
Complete the online Parent Locker application. The following documents will need to be submitted to the business office by hand or via email at [email protected]:
- Completed and signed 2024 Tax Return Form 1040
- Most recent year's W2's (for both parent, if applicable)
- 3 months of complete bank statements (most recent months)
*If your 2024 Tax Return is not ready at time of submission, please include your 2023 Tax Return and proof of current income.
Tuition Assistance Appeals
Families who wish to appeal the Tuition Assistance Committee’s decision may do so in writing. Appeals should provide new or updated information that was not included in the original application or that reflects a change in circumstances since the original submission. Examples of such changes could include a significant change in income, unexpected family responsibilities, or other substantial life events.
Applicants are allowed one appeal per school year. Appeals must be submitted within one week of the tuition assistance decision to: tuitionassistance@
The Tuition Assistance Committee reviews all appeals carefully, and their decision is final. Please note that all awards are subject to the limitation of available Tuition Assistance funds.
Acceptance of Tuition Assistance
Tuition Assistance offers are valid for 10 days from the date of notification.
