Students will work in groups of two to conduct a survey of questions , they would like to get a sample from a population. They generate a table of frequency, relative frequency, cumulative frequency from the data that they have gathered. Discuss and analysis the problem and the result from the surveys. They will also discuss the errors that might have encounter, and fix them by coming up another set of question that will help with rest of the project. After all the data is collected the students will do a bar graph, a pie chart,stem and leaf graph, and box and whisker. They then analyze the information to determine whether the information normal, or skewed and show how; given the central tendency such as the mean, mode median, standard deviation, iqr, maximum and minimum value; and summarize all the information on several slide of power point presentation.
