Reports To: The General Studies Principal

Job Responsibilities:
- This position is a full-time teaching role, focusing on a range of subjects within the general studies curriculum such as English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and electives based on the teacher's expertise.
- The teacher will be responsible for developing and adapting the curriculum to suit their teaching style, effectively managing their classrooms, engaging students at the highest level, regularly assessing student progress, and maintaining proactive communication with students, parents, and staff.
- The role also includes participation in extracurricular activities and programs, and contributing to the school community through duties such as lunch supervision or carpool coordination.
- Regular attendance at faculty meetings is expected.

- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in subject matter or a related field

- Candidates must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community.

Minimum Experience: Applicants should have at least 2 years teaching experience and should have at least an undergraduate degree. Additional experiences in formal and informal education are a plus.
