RMBA is a Modern Orthodox Jewish Day School serving ages Pre-K through High School. Current enrollment is 312 and growing (along with the exciting growth of the Houston Jewish community).

We are looking for a full-time lead teacher for our early childhood program (ages 15 months to 4) for the 2024-2025 school year.

Job Responsibilities
Classroom management
Execution of age-appropriate and engaging learning units
Personal care of students, including physical well-being and social emotional growth
Communicating with parents
If hired in a lead teacher role, the lead teacher will supervise the assistant(s) in the classroom

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for teachers who are very creative, are looking to grow, and most importantly, who love young children. Excellent teamwork and professional communication skills are essential.

Desired Skills and Competencies
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Creative Abilities (ex. Art or Music)
Basic Computer Literacy (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets etc.)
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred

Minimum Experience
Applicants should have at least 2 years experience working with young children
